We
provide a vaccum forming service to all sectors. We have production
facilities for sizes up to 1270 x 762mm (406mm draw).
Our vacuum services
start with mould making and, where required, prototyping. If you
don't already have moulds we use our CAD / CNC production facilities
to create them.
Depending on the
intended production volume, moulds are available in MDF, Resin or Aluminum.
Once your product had
been refined and all prototyping has been completed your product can
be produced from very short to long production runs.
We carry out most
finishing in house, with trimming and any assembly required. We
store all documents and tooling associated with your project
according to ISO 9002 standards allowing us to remake you part
at short notice at a later date.
We
keep records of materials / batches used so that you can have
confidence in the supply and manufacturing chain of your products.
We can arrange for
special textures, such as electrostatic flocking, to be applied to
you moulded forms affording greater flexibility and further customer
choice.
